You should focus on his arguments, not his credentials. But if you must know, he got famous for Harry Potter fanfic. He doesn't have a degree or any experience with ai or computer science whatsoever. He describes himself as a decision theorist. Among his other achievements, he followed a YouTube tutorial on how to code a transformer in python and he tweeted twice that it's morally justified to kill babies and toddlers potentially up to age 4 because they don't have qualia.
