Exactly. The tier 1 Support people will be gone, replaced by AI, and calls that the AI can't resolve will be escalated to a Tier 2 Support person to handle, but that Tier 2 intervention will be "recorded and used for training purposes". And it won't be used for training Tier 2 Support humans. As the AI learns how the Tier 2 people resolve the "difficult calls", fewer and fewer calls will need to be escalated to Tier 2 people, and all but a couple of Tier 2 people will face layoffs.
