No one is reinventing the wheel, artist steal/take inspiration from previous generations without compensating them, when someone creates something exceptional and other copy it, it eventually becomes a style or artform. Not saying your points are invalid, but it also needs to applied to real people. Only If we copy things "one to one" we talk about copyright and AI does not do this
