They should learn computing, and coding and AI and use it to create and develop ideas. Learn all they can about technology. They may not be able to get a job, but learning how to manipulate that square box in front of them will open up so many opportunities. I think it's the only thing I disagree with this guy about. I think AI can do a plumber's job or at the very least create a system it can maintain. Many systems will be made AI compliant.
