Or in my case, it’s my daughter. (She acts just like her father, a narcissist, whom I divorced when she was 2.) I tried to do everything right to help her (love, care, protection, compassion, therapy, etc.), but she’s just like him. Heartbreaking. Absolutely heartbreaking.💔
