@raphaellubbers1759 AI art is taking from an actual artists potential commissions many of which rely on them to help pay bills because a regular job just doesn’t cut it. Not only that, but AI doesn’t just immediately know things meaning it had to be trained by being fed thousands of artworks, most of the time without the artists consent.
Its literally being fed stolen artwork, and then vomiting out what it thinks a given prompt will look like. If its lucky the anatomy will be correct. It might not be the only issue with the art industry but it sure as shit isn’t gonna help it. Disregarding the fact that its devoid of soul or human intent, its theft. Which if I’m not mistaken, the general consensus says is bad.
