The value of image generation is so over hyped. Yes, it creates absurdly realistic images or any kind of design you want. Right now it's insanely popular, but the novelty will wear off, and we'll go back to our lives. I remember when "desktop publishing" was all the rage and that "everyone was going to be able to print Christmas cards, make brochures, create business cards, etc." Well, some of that happened, and most of it didn't.
But most importantly, most people ditched their high-end printers and decided NOT to be in the desktop publishing business. We are definitely in the fad stage of AI. In other words, it is a severe overvaluation of stocks and businesses.
