The issue is that if those AI generated content is illegal, then shouldn't those content be illegal when hand drawn as well? What difference does it make whether it's AI or hand drawn. And if they ban hand drawn art, then it's a violation of The First Amendment and would be a slippery slope to them being able to ban other freedom.
