It can be, just like photoshop can be used for artistic purposes or used for copyright infringement. They're *tools.*
People can copy people's styles. They always have and they always will. That is a *human* issue and not an AI one.
Blame the human for creating fan art and claiming it as their own -- not the tool.
At least direct your anger at the right place and not the tools that could greatly benefit artists, because all you're doing it creating a toxic environment that punishes artists for increasing their creative freedoms.
