I'm not sure. I've been asking ChatGPT hundreds of maths and physics questions. Every time it engages with me as if it's understanding the question, often rephrasing it to make it clearer, tidying up my mistakes, etc, then it gives me the answer, explaining how it got there, explaining where I might have gone wrong etc.
So if it's not using logic, and it has no actual understanding, does that mean it has every possible maths and physics question, and answer, up it's sleeve, so to speak?
