@mmmcola6067 Not an issue of Empathy. It is an issue of not living in fantasy. My job being replaced by AI would be metal as fuck. Technically, it would also herald the singularity, as I moonlight as a freelance programmer.
Recommend talking to a professional if you feel that way. However, your statement signals exactly to what I speak towards. Rather than adjust, you default to "ending the fantasy" so to speak.
Instead, you could harness your creativity, readjust it, and exploit AI as the new paintbrush it is.
That said, may you find god one day, he will fill the existential void you have.
