The issue is those laws are too strict to begin sithn(they hurt individual people more rather then companys) and cause more damage then good.
If we somehow found a way to punish ai art and stuff it wouldn’t be easily and likey would have w many downsides that would ruins people (maybe even artists) lives.
Really what we need is a court system of some sort that could enforces peoples copyright that wouldn’t cost much for the person to use.
Literally the idea would be u could sue someone for using ur copyrighted work without having to pay a crazy amount of money and the receiving person wouldn’t have to pay much unless there found guilty (to make sure that innocent people’s lives aren’t ruined)
