@CameronVanTassellyes they do. Is always important to advocate for the safety and good prognosis of the patient. Our health system is not improving by replacing real physicians with midlevels. On the contrary more unnecessary work up, missed diagnoses, over referrals or under referrals. There are many midlevels that are excellent but there are also many that think they are experts when they are not, they don’t know how much they don’t know. And that is harmful for the patient. If we place someone who is no expert to supervise the AI, this is only going to get worse.
