Skill and creativity are very distinct attributes, someone can be skilled but have no creativity whatsoever, someone can be incredibly creative but have no skill. AI lowering the barrier of entry will allow those who have the creative minds to create. Sure, that accessibility allows "slop", but so does any tool that allows ease of access. Slop is a low price to pay if it means that truly creative works can exist that otherwise wouldn't.
