The question is that I don't think the AI would claim it was it's own creations, because it's not human. It only turns into a plagiarism case when a human uses the AI to verbatim recreate something AND claims he was the one who did it.
The same way there are some exceptional people that could read a book and verbatim quote it after the fact.
