1. The fact that it has been proven that 1.8% of the images stable diffusion generates are similar to ones in the training data set debunks your claim.
2. This process does not learn like a human. It is not sapient, it does not learn the underlining rules, does not learn when it can break them, or how to deviate from learned patterns. it just generates things that fit within scanned patterns.
