What gave him a voice wasn't AI, it was just a voice synthesizer. He had to learn how to use it like we'd learn to use a mouse and keyboard. The AI we're dealing with today is a completely different thing, it's learning algorithms inspired by organic brains, and they're advancing super fast, so fast it's making the tech revolution look like a geriatric at the grocery store. And it's literally happening right now and a ton of people aren't even aware of whats going on because they still think AI is their Alexa or Google Assistant or something.
