Seems like a term that is being used too loosely to have any meaning - seeing that I've seen a wide range of opinions - from people who are into the relevant studies of neural networks who love this tech, and some who are scared, some who are artists who are embracing the tech, or finding its use as a tool, or outright rejecting it, and many, many intersections, all of whom get put under this weird umbrella term.
