I find your comment to be disingenuous or completely factual which would mean that you have no experience with the full self-driving.
I use full self-driving at night and in major cities and I have no problems.
Full self-driving has stopped my car from hitting a deer
But I also don't override the speed limit by putting my foot on the gas. The screen says very clearly that the safety breaks do not work if you put your foot on the gas.
It's pretty straightforward and even if the courts come back and blame Tesla or musk, this woman's death lands squarely on the driver.
