Those are the words of the creators of Dance Diffusion. Stability AI, who also owns Stable Diffusion owns them aswell. Why is it that they avoid copyrighted music and so freely take copyrighted images? Because they know what they're doing is wrong. It's just that the music industry is powerful enough to defend their rights.
