We didn't evolve to be racist, we evolved to save ourselves from dangerous animals, because if one animal was dangerous every single one that looked like it was too. And it worked, but we don't need it anymore with modern science and it has been applied to humans who looked different, now being the downfall of western society.
The AI is "racist" because instead of looking at the cause of crimes (area, history of crimes, family) it is looking at WHO commits crimes. Which is irrelevant, and is using our stupid generalization trait. We have AI to do what cant humans do yet we're making them human. What a world.
