That was already the case for the last 15 years. Basic Computer Science degree isn't worth much. You need to mix Computer Science with Data Engineering, or Cybersecurity, or Business Analysis, or Network Engineering, or Robotics. In all these areas, AI is a tool and is incapable of doing the job without human oversight.
The 30% of Microsoft code statistic quoted in the video is the number of lines of code where AI got it correct, and the human programmer didn't have to fix it. 30% correct is a very long way from 99% correct, which is what a human professional does.
