@Crypto Lyndon We would need to live in a soceity not driven by scarcity for this to be a reality though. We would have to find a replacement for the very real purpose jobs give to many people. We would have to focus on education for all humans so everyone could use their time to create with these tools. We have been living outside of scarcity ever since the industrial revolution but our monetary systems never adapted. This is our problem, unlinking work from income. Humans, especially those at the top, are too greedy to have everyone live as freely as they do. It’s an extremely lofty task to achieve what you’re saying, and would take a huge shift in too many aspects of human life. And that shift would really have to happen all at once, across the globe.
Tldr, it won’t happen. What we will get is a new underclass, one that exists below the automated industries. Newer forms of servitude. Just watch. When Anerican/European slavery ended, it ended because the powers that be transitioned their country’s populations to debt slaves. The central banking systems are the issue, and in modern society have always been the issue. These systems perpetuate artificial scarcity.
