AI is a tool. What it is likely to do is bring down the number of human workers in jobs. Just like any technological innovation it doesn’t usually replace people completely. But it will usually bring down the number of people required for a job. So instead of needing 10 people on a big job, the tool could allow for just a couple people to get that same job done. If you really think that AI is not going to reduce jobs then I don’t think you understand how the tool works. And if you really don’t think that that tool is going to get better and better than I think you’re in denial. Tools like this free us up to get other things done. Instead of a large group having to do something a smaller group can while another smaller group can work on something else. Projects could be expanded because it will take less people to make something awesome. Things like AI are not necessarily going to take the artistry out out of things. Of course, there will be companies that will make slop with it. But we’ve always had companies that make slop and we’ve always had other companies that make awesome things. People really need to stop being so afraid of these tools. Yes it will absolutely shake up many industries. But at the end of the day, innovations like this are what make larger cooler projects possible. And these tools usually open up the opportunity for really cool homemade projects. Instead of having to just rely on large companies to give us this type of entertainment. CGI used to suck and People pushed back on it saying that it was ugly and a crutch. But good filmmakers have shown that when used properly you can make really cool stuff. And new tools in CGI have opened filmmaking to smaller and fuller. Independent Studios. I believe that with AI the same will happen. But I would love to know what your theory is. Why do you think that AI will not take jobs?
