You cant compare AI to human artistic expression whether they take inspiration or not for example i could be inspired by taylor swift with how quiet she sings and make a song that utilizes the same idea but executes it entirely different.. AI will most likely just copy and paste how that taylor swift song sounds like it can remix and regenerate content based on existing influences but it does not have personal experiences, emotions or a drive to create something truly new.. in other words your argueing AI should have Human rights..
