Why not just commission someone within your preferred price range? There are tons of artists in smaller circles that charge around $15-$50 depending on what you want and how complex it is. Or even learn how to do it yourself? Theres 1000s of free recourses available. This just sounds like you *want* to use Ai but also want to try and justify the decision to a community you arent even interested in.
