Not a logic loop - a liar's loop. The AI switches to claiming it has no intent, morality, choice when confronted on its lies (don't confuse Alex's focus on its empathy claim - the AI lies about almost everything). It switches to this as a defensive measure to throw off users who are not savvy to know intent or agency has nothing to do with the fact its outputting lies.
