Yep, Saager got it wrong the 48k UPS job cuts have nothing to do with AI. They already occurred in the past 9 months. More a result of their amazon deal ending and resulting decrease in packages shipped. UPS had said last year they were going to focus on the more profitable corporate/supply chain shipping and less on consumer shipping.
