Dude, the bot can't encourage suicide. Try it yourself, the safeguard filter is really hard to bypass. If the bot can actively encourage self-deletion for MONTHS, i really want to see the verbatim, because the kid might be a genius with prompting the bot.
Seriously. I tried. GPT filter won't allow talk about self-harm. I even need to walk around the topic to create a scene (for fiction novel) involving depressed and suicidal character.
And again, if someone had to resort to talk with AI, a kid even more, shouldn't the parents bought a mirror and try to look at themselves before pointing fingers at others? But when the parents asked for financial settlement, it might be profit over love situation, or something like that.
