These vehicles need to not exist, period. How long does it take to get a new drug approved? Even after that you must have an Rx to purchase it. A technology, basically still in it's infancy, like self-driving cars, has no business being tested ON AND BY the public without strenuous testing beyond what is currently possible without willing human guinea pigs.
