Why would an AI bot that allows roleplay on dark themes flag when a user sends a message that is darker themed? That is the point in some of these AI roleplay websites: to allow people to roleplay or story write based on these themes. If he had been talking to chatgpt it would've likely sent him a bunch of resources or refused to roleplay such topics
