There's a pretty big gap in understanding of how LLM's work here. It's a great video, I love this channel, but this is oversimplified to the point of meaninglessness. He completely fails to mention that LLM's aren't just trained on a set of data, there are tuned by the programmers to interpret that data in certain ways. Like you said, the AI's we have the ability to interact with are obviously trained and weighted based on their creators worldview and goals.
