The housing market is already in a historic bubble and as far as I know all market bubbles in us history have burst were slatted for it already without the AI stuff. As far as a historic recession or depression again that’s already baked into the cake I been expecting this to come since 2020 .
Home prices are already declining in half the country and have increased since mid 2022 each year into 2025 even without a crisis yet. The irony in your comment is it’s already expected to happen with out without the ai job thing … 2020 pandemic 1918 Spanish flu … 1930 Tarrifs 2025 Tarrifs ( largest since 1930 ) stock market bubble is on par with 1929/2001. We just had a hunger scare in November the worst one since the Great Depression with the snap thing it never happened before until just last month like it did. We haven’t had a true recession in 17 years the stock market is in its longest bull run in history 2009-2025 (aside from a short disruption in 2020 ) the 1920s saw a roaring 20s we had a complete decade of no recession in us history in the 2010s and then 2020 is the shortest one in us history you can’t make this stuff up . Do the math calculate it up and tell me what you think ?
