Just to show another perspective, (not trying to be rude.) She isn’t actively feeding the AI she’s making art and posting it, the people then take the art that she makes and feed it into the machine, people are stealing her art and she making sure things like that end up with bad results. I understand using AI to make inspiration but there are millions of art out there that can help. Also ai art is now being used by big corporations to make quick and easier art without actual effort which leaves artists and most of the audience feeling unhappy, it’s in turn not a helpful tool but a simple replacement for them, the only people who get to use the ai art as a tool don’t get shown. There is also a big problem with it taking writers and storytellers creative output, this is like one of the problems that I’ve heard talked about. Most ai story’s are seen as off putting and aren’t really good cause it’s using other stories that have different plots. If you need something quick and want to use ai there are always people who you can commission, if it’s seen as costing too much money, then find ways that don’t use others art to create something in a short period of time. The main problem in the art community is that it is stealing the art without permission and it’s only because they want to share their creativity. Art is also business not just a thing on its own, it is a real profession that is viewed throughout time, they use art styles that are near and dear to people’s hearts and use ai to make fast cheap copies (ex:studio Ghibli and Miazoki, sorry for the bad spelling). I would suggest not using ai to make all your cause the “tool” becomes a crutch, so keep in mind that art is expensive cause it takes HOURS and you have experienced that too, just imagine if I took your art that you worked on for a few 4-5 hours and shoved it into and algorithm, without asking, and said I’m going to give this to whoever I want and they can use it however THEY want (cuz it’s not just for inspiration). Another way to think about is having a who experience scripted for you, nothing is up to you, it’s a soulless experience, you always know the outcome, someone explained it better, but it’s not always right. I respect where your coming from but people spend years and are now being fired cuz “yOu cAN juSt mAKE a ProMpt WitH Ai!” I hope this made sense I’m a fucking yappaholic so… yeah 👍.
