Given that Google notoriously undershoots the time it takes to travel, that does suggest the speed limit is likely 45 mph, but that is hypothesizing on not 100% accurate data. What this DOES suggest, is that the speed limit is most definitely not 35 mph since that would be way outside the margin of error. Since the vast majority of news reports when searching google say 45, I would say the data given above suggesting 45 mph is pretty sound.
