Look, its all about the *EFFECTIVENESS* of a legal system, while our technology is updated very quickly.. The legal system is working like old man, because it is... The century nonsense of "squater squad" is still in legal system, can you imagine they will ever update for newer problem like piracy and let alone AI generated content... Every renowned artist has their own style, it so apparent you can't miss it... Yusuke Murata, Carne Griffith, Mappa, Etc... (You also can put their name in the prompt to get that effect, don't lie to me)... Here my idea: Artist need to patent their style, every time an AI art generated to their style, it will get a strike. Especially when the person generates it wants to monetize it... What about art improvement of that style? What if someone has the ability to draw* similar as them? Then show it in a video format that they are drawing it in person. A solid evidence. Wtih that evidence it is not considered as generated... If still want to claim a generated art is yours then the reference*, the AI model must be trained from original content that is not taken from anywhere else but you (your drawings*)... This just the basic idea should be implemented in legal system, but I think it not gonna happen.... Because in order to implement this everyone need to understand how AI art works.... When @crhistophersiebert1213 says _"as he wrote the prompts himself at least"_ , do everyone (Non AI artist) even understand whats that even mean? I do understand but I too know that not everyone will understand that...
