@moonshadow1795 One does not have to spy to strain AI. While some like Adobe have done wrong by spying in it user, anything post on the open web is free gain. Like I can go into the restaurant, order a burger and take it home to study how they made it. Many artist have done this with other artist work. Looking to see how they did something. As for the AI user, you do not know if they are artist or not. Many smart artist where early adaptors. Seeing how the tech can help them. Those who adopt new things that make their job easier are often the ones that make bank. As for rights, the courts have rule on if you can copyright AI art. For the most part, it is no, but it is also complicate because it depends on how much evolvement the person does. There are some lawyers on YouTube that have cover this in more detail than I know. Many will pay $10 for an AI artwork over $50 for something a person hand drawn just on cost alone. Some will do it on the speed of getting the work done. In the world of business, time is money and the consumer is wanting more now. They are wanting things faster than what a human can make.
