Except, fast food doesn't run into the chef's kitchen without permission, spy on them, steal a little bit, and then run back.
Not to mention that those making ai images aren't artists at all. Even if Ai is art, the people making it are commissioners at best.
Commissioners don't get automat rights to the image. Ai art cannot be copyrighted, and that's hoe it should always be.
