@carriebeepo you mean the fact that AI references human created images to make its art? Do you think the images your brain makes are somehow not referencing things you've seen? The difference is you can reference a larger data set and combine it with more complexity. AI is going to get more complex and eventually will be able to reference similar sized data sets. Right now it just doesnt have the luxury of being able to see the world without referencing images of photos and art on the internet.
Your brain has formed over trillions of generations with billions of years to develop. We arent special, we just have a head start.
