Because human culture IS art. From Cave Paintings to the Mona Lisa, the human experience is art. Art is documentation of that time period, or even someone's job. AI cannot replicate the human experience by any means. Especially since AI copies off of all of the art it's being fed, it's blatant plagiarism. And selling it as your own is fraud.
