There's a huge difference there. A program just does what you want, there's no randomness involved and no need for huge amounts of data for it to "learn". AI is random, doesn't give you anything like your own vision, unless your vision is bland af, and will get worse because of "AI inbreeding", once human artists are pushed out of the business.
