@SubhadeepDas The companies are as stealing art in the same way humans are. The only difference is that the algorithms store the images on harddrives instead of humans storing them in our brains and the sheer volume difference. If somebody could look at a billion images and remember them all, how would that be any different from having a billion images stored on harddrives and being used to train a generative AI model? It's the same thing. Either humans are stealing whenever they come up with something "new", either generative AI isn't stealing. You can't have both.
