He's not saying it will stop. He's saying, even if the music can't be monetized, the more of it streaming services have, the less they need to pay artists and composers.
In other media something similar is happening. News and specialized magazines of all disciplines are losing paying customers big time, because people just ask AI. But if no deep journalism creates profits anymore, AI will have nothing new to report.
It's sad how AI supposed to be more valuable than the world, when it can only steal the value from existing industries. It's like nobody thought of the bigger picture.
