O and one more thing about knowledge and your right to free trail a car as you put it is not just 4 wheels and an engine you need a license or permit true fact a carriage and you didn't need a license to operate it a carriage was 4 wheel and an a bio engine with a mind of its own witch ironically is harder to control then a car that brainless and ant independent on its own also it's not just a car it's a tool designed to handle your work load not a luxury could of been at one point but today's era it's just a tool equal to a hammer and nails and I don't need a license to use that.
