My new Alexa is rude and never apologizes for her behavior. When I say her name, she doesn’t even respond so I never know if she even heard me. lol. Yes, funny but my ancient Alexa was so much better with everything. This one sometimes turns on my TV when I ask to play music, then claims she doesn’t have access to my TV, which is untrue. Duh. Did they program these AI to be less …kind and or smart? Geeze , again my Alexa is beechy at best!
