This would be questionable as the person above said. Intent really matters, if you were to use an AI image as a reference among other images (like real life photos, other people's art etc.) and you mix certain traits off of everything to make your own, I think it would be okay. Going off of AI alone might border on art theft since sometimes the computer spits out something incredibly close to an existing artwork.
