I do have one question about the entire AI relationship.
I’m more than a couple of occasions I have dealt with a producer who literally changed the output of my creative media into something that didn’t sound the same. In my mind, if you already know what you want, and it takes several prompts to get there, the AI is nothing more than a digital producer. So I couldn’t you just give the AI company, a producers, override, royalty rate and market your material. Granted, they may have to go over it on a song by song basis to see how much you put into it, but I basically see AI in my creative endeavors as something that acts as a producer.
I feel like a case could be made there because the bangles complained for years that walk like an Egyptian was a completely different song than the one they had written, and it was because the producers had completely rewritten the song. But not the legal rights to it.
