Not even close. This hearing shows the level of ignorance most people, well represented by the committee, have about AI. I’d say two of the questioners had any real understanding, Booker being one. The others were mostly concerned about commerce. Their technological ignorance is astounding, and these are our governors. *That’s* what you should be concerned about.
