@Sakattack2023 Bias in AI datasets are well known to be a problem. For example, AI used for HR decision making could inadvertently be trained using previous decision making patterns that may have been consciously or unconsciously influenced by factors like age, gender, immigration status, financial status, the university he/she graduated from, and yes, even race. Heck, if the previous HR manager had a tendency to hire people born in April, the AI would also inherit that bias... These biases are very hard for people to filter out from a large dataset but AI can make those connections. Not sure how pointing it out makes me a racist but if it does then I guess I am
