Here's the most "Bernie Idea" that I've never heard Bernie say:
50/50 profit sharing for all corporations with over 100 employees. The 50/50 split will be between the workers and management. I.e. the CEO/Board/Owners will get 50% of the profits. The other 50% will be distributed to all the employees.
50/50 profit sharing (modifed for AI/automation). If your company is 'automated', and it makes more than $1,000,000/year in profits. 50% of the profits go to the CEO/Board/Owners. The other 50% goes to the taxpayers, into a fund for 'Guaranteed Minimum Income'.
